About

I’m David, a 37-year-old guy from Canada who has been suffering from anxiety and depression for over 15 years. I’ve tried just about everything and anything I can find to help resolve these issues, including mindfulness, yoga, exercise, fasting, talk therapy, acupressure/acupuncture, reiki, silent retreats, traveling the world (and I’m sure several other things I’ve left out/forgotten). And while these practices have sometimes offered me short respites from my mind, as well as glimpses of peace, calm, joy, and love, it seems that my mind (and the ego) is still very strong and continues to dominate my reality.

That’s why I started this blog: to document my journey and share what I find along the way.

Most recently I’ve discovered psilocybin mushrooms (and other psychedelic drugs) as a potential and potent avenue for expanding and changing my mind.

I’m currently undergoing 30 days of microdosing. You can follow my progress on the blog.

Ultimately, I am on a quest to feel good in my mind and body and do some good in the world from a place of good health.

I hope you will join me on this journey.

To wellbeing,

David
