I recently learned about psilocybin as a treatment for anxiety and depression from the show on Netflix, How To Change Your Mind.
This opened my mind to a whole other world of possibilities for how I might treat my own longstanding depression and anxiety so, through a trusted source, I acquired a month’s supply of capsules with a 200mg microdose of active psilocybin mushrooms.
For the next 30 days, I will be taking them and documenting my experience with them.
I’m optimistic about their effects, mainly through my limited experience of taking mushrooms in the past (I took mushrooms all of 2 times in my 20s and early 30s). I feel that, now that I’m older and my intention is clearer, I will bring more conscious awareness to the whole experience.
